This screen is reached bu clicking either New or Update on the Yard Management screen.
Fields
Delivery Date / Time
Date and Time for Pick Up of Container.
Website Link
If a Website is entered in the Vendor Address for the Vendor selected in the Pick Up At field, the web address will be displayed and can be click on to visit the Web Site.
Account #
Account # for the container.
Pick Up At
Location where the container is being received from. The list here is populated by entering the pick up location as Vendors with a type of Port.
Pin #
Pin # for looking up items in the Vendor's Web Site.
Shipped Via
Shipping Company that is shipping in the container. The list here is populated by entering the pick up location as Vendors with a type of Carrier.
Allowable Days
This is the number of days after pick-up that the Container can be kept for Free.
This is entered in the User Defined 1 field on the Vendor Address screen for the Vendor identified in the Shipped Via field above.
Size
Size of the Container.
As Containers are added, this drop down will be populated with Sizes.
BLDG #
Building # for the Pickup.
Container #
Container # being picked up.
Yard Location
Location in the Warehouse yard where the Container is stored.
The Location is populated from the Setup Locations screen. Only locations with a Location Type of Yard will be listed.
Date Empty
Date the Container was Emptied. Leave the Check Box unchecked if it has not been emptied yet.
Last Free Day
Last Day the Container can be kept in the yard for Free.
This field is set automatically on exit by adding the Allowable Days to the Delivery Date.
A notification message will appear on the main screen before the container is due back.
The message will appear the number of days prior to the due date set in the System Setting: Yard Management: Days Prior to Due Date to Display Container Due Back Notification.
The message will keep appearing based on the number of minutes specified in the System Setting: Yard Management: Container Due Back Notification Minutes between Messages.
SSL
Enter the SSL Information.
Date Returned
Date the Container was returned. Leave the Check Box unchecked if it has not been emptied yet.
Return Driver Name
Driver's name who returned the Container.
Return Location
Location where the container was dropped off at.
2nd Stop
Secondary Stop (if Any) when dropping off the Container.
Empty
Check if the Container was empty on Return.
When this field is checked, an Email dialog will appear prompting for an Email recipient to whom a Notification Email will be sent including the Container #, the PIer and the Buliding.
The choices for the recipient list is comprised of all the Email Addresses set up on the Vendors screen.
A from address may be specified in the System Setting: Email: Yard Management Container Notification From.
Additional Recipients may be specified in the System Setting: Email: Yard Management Container Notification CC.
The Email Site and Security Logins for the Email system are set the System Setting:
Email: WH Site Address - IP or Url to the SMTP Server.
Email: WH Site Login - Login for SMTP Server.
Email: WH Site Password - Password for SMTP Server.
Split Chassis
Check if the Container was returned on a Split Chassis vehicle.
Driver Name
Pick-up Driver's Name.
Ref2
This is the Reference firld which links the Container to an ASN. ASNs with matching Ref2 fields will be linked to the Container.
The prompt for this field is set by the System Setting: Pos Reference Field 2 Name.
