RF Order Pick To Cart
Overview:
The RF Order Pick to Cart function is used to Pick Order from picking Zones into Picking Carts. The Orders are assigned to carts using the RF Cart Marry function. The Cart is passed from Picking Zone to Picking Zone until all orders on the cart are picked.

Setup:
- The Picking Carts must be setup on the Setup Picking Carts Screen. This allows the number of Slots on the cart to be specified and also allows scan codes to be assigned to the Cart Slots.
- Sales Order must be allocated in order to Add them to the Cart.
- Sales Orders are added to the Carts using the RF Cart Marry Function.
- Picking Zones are setup on the Setup Locations Screen.
High Level Flow
- NOTE: As with most RF Function, pressing Enter without entering an Data will always make the Previous Screen appear.
- When all picks for an order on the cart are Complete, the status of the Order will change based on the End Customer Code assigned to the Order on the Order Data Screen. The status set is determined by End Customer Codes Status to set order on RF Picking Complete setting.
- An Order is Allocated using the desktop application.
- On the RF Terminal, Logon and select Picking from the Main Menu.
- Select Order Pick to Cart from the Picking Menu and the Picking Zones Screen will appear:
- The second line indicates which picking zones are enabled for the Hand Held Terminal. Enter the Picking Zones (one at a time) that will be picked by this Terminal. The Zones enterred will be displayed:
- Enter 0 to display the Cart Pick Main Screen:
- Scan any slot on the cart to be picked to being picking. If no items on the cart are to be picked from the picking zones enabled for the Terminal, a message will be displayed "PASS CART TO NEXT ZONE". Otherwise, the first item to be picked for the cart will be displayed:
- The Location, Productid, Description, Pick Quantity, and Slot number are displayed. The operator goes to the bin indicated and scans the Location Barcode and picks the number of products indicated in the Pick Quantity and brings the material back to the cart. The Slot is prompted for:
- The Product ID is prompted for. The Operator scans Each product into slot indicated. As the Items are scanned, the QTY field will be reduced and idicate how many mopre items need to be scanned for that slot.
- After all of the product indicated is scanned into the slot(s) indicated, the next location and product is prompted for:
- Repeat the above process until all products for orders in the cart in the Picking Zones enabled for the Terminal are picked.
- If a Product is not in the location and the pick need to be short picked, enter an S while on the Productid Prompt. The Short Pick Message screen will appear:
- Enter:
- 1 to short picking the remaining quantity for the product being picked
- 2 to stop picking and pick the orders to the cart later
- 0 to go back and continue scanning the product
