COREflex™ Public Warehouse System uses specific inventory control and management features not available in the standard programs for warehouse management. The program includes specialized receiving and shipping functions and a customer billing module to process customer specific (service) charges which can be invoiced through QuickBooks. The foundation program integrates with your QuickBooks® Premier and Enterprise Editions (US and Canada versions) 2002 or later as well as other accounting packages. The Public Warehouse program can also incorporate mobile bar code scanning and remote reporting requirements. SQL Server database is required for larger database functions.

Frequently Asked Questions Q: Can I receive an evaluation copy of COREflex Pro Inventory? A: You can evaluate a live version via a one-on-one web demonstration set up by contacting us.
Q:How long does it take to install? A: The COREflex Public Warehouse foundation program can be installed (single user) on a PC or Server computer using Microsoft® Access or SQL Server by our technicains during the initial engagement. The program will connect to (integrate) automatically once the permission is set with QuickBooks. Inventory items can immediately be transferred into the COREflex program electronically (through QuickBooks), standard flat file (.csv) or manually entered through our product entry screen. Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Receipts and Pending Invoices can be accessed immediately.
Q: Do I need other hardware or software? A: Optional hardware for bar code scanning and high volume bar code label printing can be purchased separately. Microsoft® Access is the database used by COREflex out of the box with SQL Server database a strong recommendation for larger database users. Most third party report writing programs, such as Crystal Reports, can be used with COREflex as an option. The database follows open ODBC standards
Q: Is it difficult to use? A: No. The program is launched from a Desktop Icon and contains a Help file in the Menu options. Module Tabs and Program Buttons follow a logical sequence for managing inventory items in and out of the warehouse area and processing orders. The program screens are easy to view and flow in order. Data fields are presented in order of use to fit usual order processes. It is very intuitive.
Q: Can the system expand to meet our increasing needs? A: Yes. The COREflex foundation programs are fully developed to meet the needs of most companies with standard inventory control and order processing needs. Add-on Modules and program customization can be purchased at any time via a separate quote. Functionality Upgrades such as Batch Processing, Replenishment and Portable Device Utilization (scan processing) are readily available for inclusion as add-on modules.
