PO SCAN ENTRY AND RECEIVE FLOW
  1. Create the PO on the PO Entry Edit screen. Enter only the header information in the PO.

  2. Click the Save button to save the information entered.

  3. Click the Scan Items Button. The order will go into a status of Scanning Items.

  4. Go to the PO Scan Receiving Screen and select or scan the PO Number.

  5. Make sure the cursor is in the last Scan field.

  6. Scan a PO product. The product will be added to the PO and displayed on the Screen.

  7. Continue scanning products until all items are scanned.

  8. When all items are scanned, click the Complete button.

  9. If the System Setting: PO Scan Receiving: mark PO As Receiving Complete is set to Yes, the PO will immediately be available to go up to Quickbooks without the inventory being received. Otherwise, PO must be received on the PO Receive Screen.

  10. Export the PO to Quickbooks using the Export Quickbooks Screen. Highlight Create Bill and click Connect to Quickbooks.

  11. Click Create Backorders and the PO will go to a status of Complete.
