Update 22 Init 22
This screen is used to update the orer fields for multiple orders. This screen can be reached from the Pack Multiple Orders screen, the Ship Multiple Orders screen, or Search Orders screen by highlighting the orders to be updated and clicking Update Multiple.Operation
To update a field, check Update next to the fieldname and enter the desired information in the New Value field. To blank out a field, check Update and leave the New Value field blank. If Update is not checked, that field will not be updated. The last 3 items allow the field to update to be selected. The desired data should then be entered in the corresponding New Value field.
When all the fields are set as desired, click OK. The dialog box will close and all order highlighted on the Pack Multiple screen will be updated.
Notes on Shipping Method
The Shipping Method drop-down is populated from the entries made on the Setup Shipping Methods Screen.
When the shipping method is updated, the order header user defined and shipment fields will be updated with the corresponding entry on the Setup Shipping Methods screen providing the entry is not blank.
