Update 22 Init 19

This screen is accessed by clicking Add or Update on the Vendors Screen. It allows adding new vendors or updating current vendor information.

Fields

• Vendor #
  • Identifying # of the vendor
• Vendor Name
  • Vendor Name
• Fuel Surcharge, Overtime Charge, Price Level
  • These are associated with the Trucking Contract.
• Vendor Type
  • Normal - The default vendor type.
  • Port - Used to populate the Pier drop down on the Yard Management Add/Update Screen.
    • When setting up the Vendor Address for this type, the Web Site will appear on the above Yard Management screen.
  • Carrier - USed to populated the Ship Via drop down on the Yard Management Add/Update Screen.
    • When setting up the Vendor Address for this type, the User Field 1 is used to popualte the Allowable Dats on the above Yard Management Screen.

  • Closes the screen.
