Update 22 Init 21

This screen is accessed from the Setup Vendors Screen by Clicking either the Add or Update Button. It allows entry and editting of Address Information for the Vendor.

Fields

• Address Fields
  • Address Information for the Vendor
• Email
  • Email Address for the vendor.
  • When using the Yard Managament module to send a notification email, a comma separated list of email addressess may be entered in this field.
• Web Site
  • Vendor Web Site Address.
  • This will appear on the Yard Management Update screen if the vendor is selected as the Pier.
    • Vendor type must be Port.
• User 1
  • This is a user definedable field for extra information for the Vendor Address.
  • If the vendor is setup as a Pier, this field holds the Allowable Days a container may be kept before accruing charges. This is displayed on the Yard Management Update Screen.
    • Vendor type must be Carrier.
• User 2 - 5
  • Addiitonal information regarding the Vendor Address can be kept in these fields.

Buttons

• OK
  • Saves the information and exits the screen.
• Cancel
  • Exits the screen without saving the information.
