Update 22 Init 20

Overview

• This screen is reached by selecting APPLY UPS-Fedex File on the Import Menu. It applies the shipment information files imported on the IMPORT - APPLY UPS-FEDEX FILES screen and Fedex or UPS Carton level records inserted by either UPS Worldship or Fedex Ship Manager when they run their end of day function after having been setup to do so by Coreflex.

Fields

• Process Records
  • Determines whether only records imported on this stations or on all stations will be displayed.

Buttons

• Apply
  • Updates the carton and order information for the highlighted records.
  • When all cartons for an order have been updated, the order status will go to Shipping Complete and the following fields will be updated:
    • Ship Date (shown on the Ship w/o BOL Screen)
    • Carton Qty(shown on Pack Orders Screen)
    • Actual Ship Charge (shown on the Order Data Screen)
    • Weight Actual
  • If the date formats are not correctly format from Fedex or UPS, an Error Code 242 may be produced. Click here for more information.
• Remove
  • Deletes the highlighted record.
• View Error
  • Displays the Apply UPS-Fedex View Error screen.
  • That screen will show details of any errors in the imported file.
• Refresh
  • Refreshes the list.
• Close
  • Closed the screen.
