Update 22 Init 19

This screen allows Unit of Measure (UOM) Classes to be entered, updated, and removed. Each Product gets a UOM CLass assigned to it. The UOM Class detemines what UOM(s) (ie Eaches, Cartons,etc) the product will be kept in. Products with a UOM Class with multiple UOMs assigned it can be kept in different UOMs based on the Location Type of the inventory Location.
