SALES ORDERS - ALLOCATE ORDERS - WAVE - MANAGE ORDER ON PICKING HOLD

Overview

• The screen is reached by clicking Manage Order on Picking Hold on the Print Pick Sheets in Wave Screen. The screen displays order in picking hold on a given wave. Orders are typically placed on Shipping Hold after they are allocated and are waiting response from the Manifesting System.

Buttons

• View
  • Display the highlighted order
• Release
  • Changes the Status to Allocated, releasing it from Picking Hold
• UnAllocate
  • Allows the order to be Unallocated by opening Unallocate Orders screen.
• Allocated with Same Wave
  • Allows an order to be reallocated using the same Wave number by opening a Re-Allocate dialog.  Click Allocate Inventory on the Re-Allocate Order Dialog to Allocate the order against the same save.  (Note that the order by be Unallocated first).
• Reprocess Labels
  • Resends the highlighted orders to the Manifest system to allow a shipment to be reprocessed.  This is typically done when for orders which failed in the Manifest interface (Processed field of F).            
• Update Multiple Orders
  • Opens the Update Multiple Orders Dialog to allow the highlighted orders to be updated.
