SHIPMENTS - SHIP ORDERS - CREATE ORDER BOL - NEW

SELECT ACCOUNT FOR BOL SCREEN

This screen gives you an option to choose an account in your 3PL application to assign to the New BOL.

This Screen can be accessed if you go the Shipments tab, go to Ship Orders; you click Create Order BOL and then you hit New.

To select an account; simply highlight the desired account on the list and then hit the Select option at the top right.

*Note*

• This screen only comes up when the System setting screen; BOL: Assign BOL Number based on Accout is set to Yes.
• The “BOL Number Prefix” can be edtted under the Set-up - Account Preference - BOL screen.
• The Check digit Setting can be changed on the Account Preferences screen.
