SHIPMENTS – CONFIRM ORDERS UNPICK ORDER LINE SCREEN

This screen is used to Un-Pick order lines which are in a status of Picking Complete. This returns the Inventory to the Picking Bin with a status of allocated and changes the order and order line status to In Picking. This screen is reached by clicking the Un-Pick button on the Order Confirmation Screen.

This functionality is currently not implemented for pallet orders.

Fields

• Un-Pick Reason
  • Enter the reason for Un-Picking the Order Lines. This text will be placed in the System History record generated when the Order Line is Un-Picked.
• Un-Pick To
  • Select either the Picking Location or the Cancel Location as set in the System Settings Cancelled Items: Return Area - Shelf -Bin as the location to place the inventory in. The location selected will be displayed in the Item List.
  • This setting will default based on the System Setting Cancelled Items: Return to Picking Location setting.


• Display
  • Determines which Order Lines to Display.
  • This must be set to Lines to Un-Pick to enable the Un-Pick Order Line Button.

Buttons

• Update.
  • This will enable the Un-Pick Line button after an Un-Pick Reason is entered and the Display drop down is set to Lines to Un-Pick.


• Un-Pick Line
  • This button is only enabled if an Un-Pick Reason has been entered and the Display drop-down is set to Lines to Un-Pick.
  • This Un-Picks the highlighted Order Line in the list. Note that only lines with an Error of No can be Un-Picked.
  • The Inventory in the picking bin indicated will be increased by the amount picked. The inventory will be allocated. The Lot # and Expiration Date will be set per the Order Line Lot # and Expiration Date.
  • If there is no inventory in the bin, the Cube, Weight and Packsize in the inventory record will be set using the values from the Product Master.
  • The Order Line and Order will go to a status of In Picking.
  • A System History line is added noting the order line was un-picked.


• View Error
  • Displays the Un-Pick Order View Errors screen. This screen displays all order lines that cannot be Un-Picked and provides the reason for it.


• Export
  • Exports the List being displayed to a text file.


• Refresh
  • Refreshes the List.


• Close
  • Exits the Screen.
