This screen is used to confirm what has been picked on an order. Short Picked items can be confirmed individually and the remaining items confirmed in one step using the Pick Complete Button.

Buttons

• Pick Complete.
  • The Carton Qty is updated based on the item qty picked. If the UOM for the item is EA, the Qty Picked is divided by the Product Packsize and rounded up. If the UOM for the item is not EA, the Qty Picked is used to determine the number of cartons for the item. The Carton QTY is then set to the total cartons from all the items.
  • The Pallet Qty is updated. If Feature Pallet Tracking is on the value is set to the number of Physical Pallets on the order. If Feature Pallet Tracking is not on, the cube of the items picked is totaled and divided by 66 and the result is rounded up. 66 is the volume of a pallet.


• Un-Pick Order...
  • This opens the Un-Pick Order Lines screen. The screen allows order lines to be unpicked which will put the inventory back into the picking location, allocate the Inventory, and change the order line status.
