SALES ORDERS - PROCESS ORDERS - PRINT SHIPPING LABEL
Overview
- This screen is reached by Clicking on the Print Shipping Labels button from the Sales Orders – Process Orders screen. Note that the System Setting: Manually Select Label Print Format must be set to Manifest in order for this screen to be displayed. The screen allows order information to be sent to the Shipping Interface.
- The screen has a section for Exporting Order Level Records to the Desktop Manifesting System and another for Printing Carton Labels using the Malvern Interface. The Section used is determined by the End Customer Code on the Order. The Setup End Customer Codes Screen has a check box for Exporting Cartons. In order for the Carton Labels to be printed, there must be an End Customer Code assigned to the Order that matches an End Customer Code with Export Cartons Checked. Otherwise, order level records will be Exported to the Shipping Interface.
Buttons
- Save.
- Saves any updates made on the Screen to the Order.
- Export to Shipping Interface.
- Inserts order level records into the shipping interface for the order.
- Refresh (Order level Export).
- Refreshes the order level information.
- Add.
- Adds a new Carton to the Order.
- Remove.
- Removes the highlighted carton from the Order.
- Set.
- Sets the carton Weight to the value entered in the weight field.
- Void.
- Voids the Carton if a Label has already been generated for it.
- Print All Labels.
- Prints Labels for all Cartons by inserting them into the Shipping Interface for pickup by the Coreflex Malvern Interface.
- Print Selected Labels.
- Prints the highlighted labels by inserting them into the Shipping Interface for pickup by the Coreflex Malvern Interface.
- Refresh.
- Refreshes the carton List and Order Fields.
