This screen is reached by clicking the Un-Pick Button on the Sales Order Confirm screen. This screen is used to Un-Pick Order Lines that have been picked complete. The Order line will go to a status of In Picking and the inventory will be returned to either the Pick Location or the Cancel Location.

Fields

• Un-Pick Reason
  • This will be included in the Inventory History records for the Un-Pick and must be entered before the Un-Pick Line button will be enabled.
• Un-Pick To
  • Select the Location where the inventory will be added to.
    • Picking Location. This is the location where the inventory was picked from.
    • Cancel Location. This is the location specified in the System Settings Cancel Area, Shelf and Bin.
• Un-Pick as Of Date
  • Date the Un-Pick will be displayed as in Inventory History.

Buttons

• Update
  • Enables the Un-Pick Button after an Un-Pick Reason is entered.
• Un-Pick Line
  • Un-picks the Highlighted Lines.
• Export
  • Exports the Highlighted records to a text file.
• View Errors
  • Displays errors if any lines have Yes in their error fields.
• Refresh
  • Refreshes the Lists of items that can be Un-Picked.
