This screen is accessed from the Pack Multiple Orders screen by highlighting orders and clicking Print Labels. It is used to Print Shipping Labels for multiple Orders. The Orders highlighted will be displayed and the Shipping Label Format will be displayed next to each order.

Buttons

• Change Format
  • This will open a dialog that will allow the manual selection of a Shipping Label Format to use for the highlighted orders. The available formats are defined by the System Settings: Shipping Label Form 1-10 (Enter a Label Format in one or more of these) and Shipping Label Name 1-10 (Enter desired text to identify the format.
• Print All Labels
  • Print Labels for all of the highlighted orders using the label Formats displayed.
• Print Selected
  • Gives the ability to reprint a single label for an order.
• Refresh
  • Refreshes the Screen
