This screen is accessed from the Inventory Totals screen by clicking Product History. It shows a history of inventory transactions.  Transactions can be filtered by type, Productid, Product Decription, Date.  Transactions may also be updated.

Fields

• Show Transactions Drop Down. Allows only certain transaction types to be displayed
  • Adjustments. These are all inventory adjustements including Product Reclassifications.


• Products on Order/ASN - If this field is not blank, only the history records for products on the Order or ASN Entered will be displayed.

Buttons

• Update Multiple. Allows multiple history transactions to be updated.
  • First, select and highlight the desired transactions to be updated, then click the Update Multiple button.
  • A screen will appear allow you to specify what to update.

• Remove. Deletes the highlighted history records.
  • Requires the user have an Admin function with a level of 1000.
