Failed to Update Item
Errors are specific to screens. Select the error for the screen on which the error was received.
Receive ASN Screen (back to top)
This is caused by at least one ASN line's cube, weight, packsize, lotno, or exp date not matching the same fields in the inventory location where the ASN Line is being received to.
To determine which lines have the issue, you can individually receive the lines using the Item Received button or going to the Product Dimensions screen and scrolling to the right in the top list to see the Errors field.
Either the ASn line must be updated to match what is in inventory currently, the location where the inventory is being received must be changed, or the inventory in the receiving location must be updated. This can be done using the Change Inventory Button on the Inventory Totals Screen.
