This screen is access from the Utilities Menu by selecting Update Inventory and is for Coreflex Support Use Only. Is has all the same functions as the Product History screen with an additional button which allows the Inventory to be updated based on calculating inventory history transactions.

Updating the Inventory On Hand

To update the inventory on Hand, use the screen to select inventory transactions and select a transaction whose product you want to update. Then Click the Update On Hand Button.

The Update On-Hand Levels from History Dialog will appear:

This screen shows the Inventory Locations for the product and the levels they should contain based on the Inventory History transactions for the Product.

Buttons

• Calculate On Hand. Refreshes the list and recalculcates the totals from inventory history and inventory.
• Update On-Hand. Updates the inventory quantities of the highlighted selections to the New Qty value.
• Export. Exports the highlighted records to a flat file.
• Ok / Cancel. Exits the Screen.

Notes

• After the inventory is updated, click Recalc All on the Inventory Totals screen to update the On-Hand quantities.
• No Inventory History transaction is recorded for this operation.
• A System History Transaction is recorded.
