SETUP - MAINTENANCE SCREEN – BYPASS ACCOUNTING

This Maintenance Screen allows you to query orders and pos waiting to go to the Accounting / Financial System and bump their status so that they will not be sent.

Filters

Orders or POs. Use this to list either sales orders or purchases orders waiting to be exported to the Accounting System

Orders of a status Shipping Complete will be listed.

Purchase Orders of a status Receiving Complete will be listed.

Apply Action

When Orders or Purchase Orders are highlighted, the apply action will change the status to Awaiting Backorder Generation.
