Overview

• This Maintenance Screen allows you to query orders that in a status of Backorder Error and change the status to Awaiting Backorder or Complete.  Order get into the status of Backorder Error if a backorder for the order already exists and the order is backordered again (perhaps because it was UnShipped and then Shipped again with cancelling the backorders)

Fields

• New Status. 
  • This determines what status the order is set to when the Apply button is clicked.

Apply Action    
            The highlighted orders will be set to the status indicated in the New Status drop-down.
