SALES ORDERS - SHIP ORDERS - SHIP WO BOL SCREEN

This screen is used to Ship Orders that are not placed on a BOL. The screen is only active if the BOL Module is installed.

Fields

• Ship Date. Set the actual ship date of the Order in this field. When the order is shipped, all picking transaction in inventoryhistory will be set to the value in the Ship Date field.

Buttons

• Order Shipped
  • Click this when the order has shipped from the Warehouse. The following information will be updated:
    • The Order status will change to either Shipping Complete or Awaiting Back Order Generation depending on the System Setting: QuickBooks: Create Invoice for Coreflex Orders. When creating orders in Quickbooks, the status goes to Shipping Complete. If not, the status will go directly to Awaiting Backorder Generation.
    • The order will be queued for export depenfing on the System Setting: Orders: Export Disable.
    • The Inventory History records for the Order Line Picks will have their dates updated to the Ship Date of the Order.
• Un-Ship Order
  • Opens the Un-Ship Order dialog which allows the order to be Un-Shipped.
