SALES ORDERS – CONFIRM ORDERS – CONFIRM RF WAVE PICKS

Overview

• This screen is where the picking operator can confirm order lines that have been picked using the RF Wave Picking function.

Query Fields

*NOTE* After choosing a query field(s), you should always click the refresh button to update the Wave Order Lines Column List.

• Results to Display
• Picking Detail For All Wave Lines
• This option would show all Wave lines on the Wave Order and it would also show Picking details of (RF) short picked Wave Lines. This option enables you to confirm/adjust Short Picked Wave Line.
• Picking Detail For Shorted Wave Lines
• This option would only show Wave lines that were (RF) short picked with its picking detail. This option enables you to confirm/adjust Short Picked Wave Line.
• Wave Lines
• This option shows Wave Lines without picking details for (RF) short picked Wave lines. This option does not enable you to confirm/adjust Short Picked Wave Line.
• Wave
• Clicking the dropdown arrow would show wave numbers for you to choose.

Column List

• Wave Order Lines Column List
• Wave #
• Product ID
• Location
• Wave Qty
• UOM
• Total Needed
• Total Confirmed
• Total Picked
• Unconfirmed Order Lines

Buttons

• Confirm Line
• This button would try to confirm the highlighted Wave Line. If the Wave Line has been (RF) short picked. It will let you confirm the (RF) short picked by going through the Picking Detail For Shorted Wave Line Query field.
• Export List
• This button would let you export the Wave Order Lines Column List as a .txt file.
• Refresh
• This button refreshes the screen and updates the Wave Order Lines Column List.
• Short Pick
• This button is only enabled when the Query field: Picking Detail For All Wave Lines and Picking Detail For Shorted Wave Lines are used.
• Clicking this button confirms the Qty inputted as the Qty short picked for the Wave Line.
• It has a Qty field were you need to input the Qty picked
• Show Completed Items check box
• If checked – it would only show confirmed Wave lines.
• If not checked – it would show all Wave lines.
