SALES ORDERS – ALLOCATE ORDERS – CREATE WAVES

Overview

• This scceen allows the user to create a wave number and assign orders into the wave. Removing orders from a wave can be done in this screen as well.
• This screen can be accessed by clicking the Sales order tab, then choosing Allocate Orders and then Create Waves.

List Columns

• Orderno
• Company
• Division
• Wave
• AMT Update
• Customerno
• Order Date
• Ship To

Fields

• Company
• Current Wave
• This field either shows the current wave created or you can drop down and search for all existing waves.
• Division
• Search Fields
• This is where you choose the filter for the search
• Search For
• This is where you input the reference or data of the search field
• Status

Buttons

• Add to wave
• This button allows you to add order(s) into the current wave selected.
• Create new wave
• This button creates a new wave number.
• Remove from Wave
• This button removes orders from the current wave selected.
• Search
• This button will refresh the screen and search for the orders depending on the selected search fields.

System Settings:

• This will enable the user to use the Create Wave screen otherwise it will be the Allocate Wave Of Orders screen enabled.
