SALES ORDERS – ALLOCATE ORDERS – ALLOCATE WAVES

Overview

• This screen allows you to search and then allocate waves that you have created from the Create Waves screen.
• This screen can be accessed by clicking the Sales Orders tab and then choosing Allocate Orders and finally Allocate Waves.

List Columns

• Order Number = Wave
• CustomerNo
• Priority
• Ship To
• Ship After
• Cancel Date
• Date Created
• Shipping Method
• Qty
• Wave Qty
• Lines

Fields

• Maximum Orders field
• This field allows you to limit the number of waves to show up in the results table.
• PO # field
• Ship Method field
• Wave Filter
• This field allows you to choose a wave and it will show the orders in the wave in the results table.

Buttons

• Allocate Wave
• This button will allocate the wave(s) currently highlighted in the results table or filtered in the wave filter screen.
• Print Orders In Wave
• This button will open up the Print Orders In Wave screen.
• Refresh
• Select All
• This will let you select all waves in the table, useful if you want to allocate multiple waves at a time.
• Select None
• View Orders Awaiting Update
