ASSEMBLIES-SETUP-

ADD OR REMOVE ASSEMBLIES

Overview

· This screen is accessed by clicking the Assemblies tab at the top and then choosing the Setup option on the dropdown.

· This screen allows you to setup Assemblies by choosing its components. This is also where you can edit or update them.

Fields

· Blank Query field

o This is where you would input the information that you would like to query.

· Dropdown Query fields

o The dropdown gives you options to choose how and what you wanted to query.

§ Scan

§ Begins with, Contains, Equal

List Columns

· Assemblies List Column

o Assembly

§ This will contain the Product ID of the Assembly

o Makes

§ This number would mean how many Assemblies would me created using the components ratio set-up for it.

o Waste

§ This refers to usually to chemical products assembled by its chemical components that usually results to having waste or extra bits of components.

o Waste Type

§ This refers to the type of waste result.

o Description

§ This is the description of the Product ID.

· Components List Column

o Component

§ This will contain the Product ID of the component that will be used for assemblies.

o Ratio

§ This number would mean how many of the component would be used for the assembly.

Buttons

· Add

o This button will let you Add Assembly Products or Component Products.

· Delete

o This button will let you Delete Assembly Products or Component Products.

· Search

o This button will be used in querying.

· Update

o This button will be used in editing or updating Assemblies and Components that were set-up.
