ASSEMBLIES – MAKE ASSEMBLIES
Overview

This screen is accessed by clicking the Assemblies tab at the top
and then choosing the Make option on the dropdown.
·
This screen allows you to Make Assemblies with its set-up
Components, once Assemblies are made, Components would then be deducted from
the inventory.

Destination
For Assemblies Section

This
section allows you to query and choose the location (Area, Shelf and Bin) to
where the Assembled product would be staged.

Of Assemblies Section
o
This
section allows you to filter the range of the location where you would get the
Assembly product.
Fields

o
This
field allows you to adjust how many components you are going to pick from the
highlighted location.

This
field shows how many assemblies you can make based on the amount of components
being set-up.

o
This
field shows how many assemblies are on hand in the inventory.

field allows you to input how many assemblies you are going to make.

Customer
o
This
field allows you to choose the customer ordering the assembly for reference.
·
Process
o
This
field allows you to choose how many steps were taken to do the assembly. This
is for reference especially in terms of Billing the
customer.

Product
ID field (top left – no label)
o
This
field is where you input the product ID of the assembly and query it.
List Column

This
list column shows the components information including its location

shows the product ID of the component

Ratio

This
shows the ration how many of the component are needed for the assembly

shows the Qty of the component available in the inventory

shows the Qty of the component being used for the assembly

This
shows the Qty of the component that would remain once the assembly is made.

This
would finalize and update the amount you inputted in the Adjust Qty field.

Make
Assemblies
o
Once
this button would be clicked, it will apply all the information inputted in its
respective fields and shows a pop-up confirming how many Assemblies were made
and its destination location.

Print
o
This
button allows you to print a report work order regarding the assembly.
·
Setup
o
This
screen allows you to open the Assemblies
– Setup screen.
