RF - NEW ORDER PICKING
Overview
- This
screen allows you to make and pick new orders on the fly using RF scanners
- *NOTE: As with most RF Function, pressing Enter without entering Data will make the Previous Screen appear.
- Below is the
first screen which is displayed after selecting New Order Picking on the Picking Menu. It will have an Order prompt.

- Enter N to
create a new order #. It will then provide a new order # just the same when creating a new order on the Coreflex desktop application. After enterying the order #, the Customer prompt will appear at the bottom.
- You then scan
or enter the customer scan code. The customer scan code can be set in the customer
screen under the set-up menu. The Sales Account # prompt will then come up.
- You then enter
the customer’s sales account # which can be set in the customer
screen under the set-up menu. You can either input the pre-set customer’ s
sales account # or override it with a different sales account # for the specific
order. The Cost Center prompt will then appear.
- You then enter
the customer’s cost center code which can be set in the customer
screen under the set-up menu. You can either input the pre-set customer’ s cost
center code or override it with a different cost center code for the specific order. You then would be ask for the picking location.
- Scan or
enter the location. The Product ID prompt would then appear.
- Scan or
enter the Product ID. It will then ask for the Qty.
- Scan or enter the Qty for the product ID. The
Qty inputted for the product would then be picked and the RF screen would ask
another product ID for additional picking. It would be a cycle from here, until you decide to complete stop picking.
