Printed Output Showing Part of the Image

Remote Desktop: When running Coreflex using Remote Desktop Server 2003 or Server 2008:

When you log into the server using remote desktop from a remote location using Windows XP SP3 and printing to a printer whether it was USB or IP based, the margins would be cut off on the left side.

Patching the windows XP SP3 workstation with Microsoft KB957070 resolved issues.

The patch for Vista and Windows Server 2008 is: KB959442.

The patch you will need to install on your XP SP3 is: KB957070

Local PC: When running Coreflex locally on a PC (including a network icon):

If the image does not print properly to a PDF, reboot your PC to reset the printer drivers on your PC and print the document again.

Scan Pack label using a roll label printer:

If the label prints part of the image, check the print driver label size to ensure the proper label size is selected. This is done using an option available when the windows print dialog box pops up.
