RF Mobile Scanning Errors
- Get Invalid Input when scanning a product, or bring up and Order or PO/ASN Line.
- This can occur for any RF Screen that displays the product description and the description has an @ symbol.
- The @ symbol is not valid in the description for products to be processed by the RF Mobile Scanning application.
- Remove the @ symbol from the description in Coreflex, and the operation should start working.
- Cannot Log In to the RF Mobile Scanner.
- Note that when the Welcome To Coreflex message appears on the terminal, you will be prompted for Password. You must press Enter to go back to the User ID Prompt. Enter the User ID, then the Password the login.
- If entering the User ID and Password does not work, you may need to Reset the RF Modile Scanner. Refer to your hardware manual for the steps to do this Reset.
