Invalid Entry
Errors are specific to screens. Select the error for the screen on which the error was received.

This Invalid Entry Error comes up on the Item Receiving page when you try to receive an item that has its Product Dimensions (Length, Width, Height, Cube, Weight and Packsize) set to Zero. Make sure they are not set to Zero to avoid such error from coming up.
- To change the Product Dimensions, you can go to Inventory Totals Screen; search the product, highlight it and then hit the Product Details Button at the top right to show up the Product Details Screen . You can then hit Product Dimensions from the page to change (Length, Width, Height, Cube, Weight and Packsize) and make sure they are not in Zero, and don't forget to hit the Update button to apply the settings..
- Another way to change the Product Dimensions would be to click on Search at the top menu of Coreflex; you will then be taken to the Product Details Screen and from there you search and find the Product and then proceed to change the Product Dimensions; make sure they are not set to Zero, and hit Update.
