Failed to get source records - Pallet Tracking
This is because the pack size in the pallet's inventory record is not set. When a pallet is received, the pack size is copied from the product master into the pallets inventory record. If the pack size was blank or 0 in the product master, the pallet will not have the pack size set properly in its inventory record.
To resolve this:
1) Go to the Inventory totals screen and query the product.
2) Click on Product Details button and write down the Pack size that is in the product master. (If the Pack size is 0 or blank, set it using the update button. If you do not know the Pack size, set it to 1 for now.)
3) Go back to the Inventory totals screen and select the product in the top window.
4) In the bottom window, click on the pallet to highlight it.
5) Click the Update Inventory button on the right.
If the Update Inventory button is not enabled, your user id does not have the proper permission to use this function.
Use the Setup - User screen to add a function of INVENOTRY with a level of 200 or higher to your User id.
6) Set the Pack size to whatever the Pack size is in the product master.
7) Close the window and try your pallet adjustment again.
