Coreflex Icon disappeared from the desktop

This is typically caused when a PC or server reboots and is logged on with a Windows User that does not have the icon on that specific user’s desktop. Try the following:

1) Reboot the PC or server.

2) When it comes back up log on with the user and password that normally has the icon on the desktop.

3) Let us know if the icon is now visible on the desktop.
