SETUP - SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS SCREEN

This screen allows you to manage Substitute Products. Substitute Products are used to substitute an end customer productid with an actual productid to be used for picking in Coreflex. The substitution is normally done automatically during the order import or manually on the Order Import Apply Errors screen if the Substitute has not been entered prior to the order import.
Fields
- Account
- Filters the list by Account.
- Ship To
- Filters the list by Ship To
Buttons
- Add
- Opens the Add Substitute Dialog which allows a Substitute to be added. The Substitute Product is the product the customer will send in with the order. The Productid is the actual Coreflex Productid to be picked.
- Update
- Open the Update Substitute Dialog which allows updating substitute definitions.
- Delete
- Delete Subtitute definition.
- Export
- Exports Subsititue definitions to a File.
- Refresh
