SETUP - MAINTENANCE - UPDATE CUBE IN ALL TABLES

Overview

• This Maintenance Screen allows you to Update Cube parameters on multiple products in the Inventory. This screen can be accessed through the Set-up menu at the top and then hit Maintenance; after that you Select A Report by clicking the dropdown menu and choose Update Cube In All Tables.

How To Use It

• First, you click refresh to get new inventory in the table and then you choose which product you would like to change its Cube parameters.
  • You can choose a single product to change its cube parameters by just clicking a product on the list and it will be highlighted.
  • To choose multiple products; hold the CTRL button down and then choose the products one by one through clicking and highlighting them.
  • You can choose multiple products also by holding the SHIFT button down and then click and highlight Product(A) and click another one below it like Product(D) It will then highlight all products from A to D. *Note that Product A and D are just examples.*
• Once you have highlighted the product(s) you can then set its Cube parameters in the New Cube field and hit Apply.
