SET-UP – MAINTENANCE – BYPASS ACCOUNTING

Overview

This screen can be accessed by clicking the Set-up Tab at the top of Coreflex and then clicking Maintenance and choosing Bypass Accounting.
This screen allows you to choose Final invoices and set its status manually to “Exported To Financials’’, this is similar yet a different option compared to Voiding invoices.
This is helpful for old Final invoices that is still ‘’Awaiting Export’’ in Coreflex and you don’t need them to be exported anymore to a Financial software such as Quickbooks.
