This screen is opened by clicking Adjustment Types on the Setup Menu. It allows the maintenance of Inventory Adjustment Types which can be selected on the Physical Inventory Adjust Inventory and Apply Counts screens as well as the Apply Imported Inventory screen. Adjustment Types can get an Account assigned which can correspond to an Adjustment Account in Quickbooks.

Note: When making Adjustments on the Bins screen (accessed by selecting Bins from the Search Menu), an Adjustment Type of DEFADJ is ALWAYS used. If you need a specific Adjustment Type to be assigned, use the Physical Inventory Adjust Inventoryor Apply Counts screen to make the adjustment.

Buttons

• Add
  • Calls the Adjustment Type Add Dialog screen.
• Update
  • Allows the highlighted Adjustment Type to be updated by calling the Adjustment Type Update Dialog screen.
• Delete
  • Deletes the highlighted Adjustment Type from the list.
• Export
  • Exports the List information to a text file.
  • If the file is given a .CSV extension it can be opened in Excel.
• Refresh
  • Refreshes the list.
• Done
  • Closes the Screen.
