WEBSITE REPORT NOT SHOWING PROPERLY
If you are having trouble opening Website Reports like you cannot export or for example; the Product Listing is not showing its usual table with the list of products, then it could be due to an incompatibility issue between your Internet Explorer browser (usually it occurs with recent versions such as IE 10) and the website.
To fix the issue, you need to view the website using the compatibility view option. You need to click the compatibility view icon at the top of Internet Explorer, just within the address bar. The icon would be best described as a torn paper in half.
For IE 11 and up, they would have to click the Cog-looking sign at the top right of the IE window.
Next is that they need to hit Compatibility view settings.
They would then need to add the website on the list of sites table that would be open in compatibility view in the future.
