Unpicking a non Pallet Order

If an order has been partially picked and you want to unpick the order you must:

Zero pick complete the remaining items so the order is in a status of pick complete.

Then cancel the order.

The cancel will return the inventory to the Picking Location or to a Cancelled Location based on the following system settings:

Cancelled Items: Return to Picking Location

Cancelled Items: Return Area

Cancelled Items: Return Shelf

Cancelled Items: Return Bin

Use the Setup – System Configuration screen to check your values.
