Bill Category

The Bill Category allows charges to be grouped for invoicing purposes. It is quite often used to indicate the warehouse associated with the charge for profitability analysis.

Bill Categories can be set in many places throughout the system when processing receipts, shipments or creating charges.

Use the Setup Invoice Services screen to control how invoices are created and grouped in Quick Books when creating invoices.
