Update 22 Init 19

This screen is accessed from the Search Menu by selecting Cartons. This screen displays the cartons produced by the Scan Pack Operation. Master Shippers and Pallets for the Cartons are also displayed and may be updated using this screen.

Fields

• Query Type and Search fields. Determines how the Cartons displayed will be filtered
  • Query By Order #. Displays all the Cartons for the order number entered or selected in the Search Field
  • Query By Customer #. Shows all cartons for order for the Customer # entered or selected in the Search Field.
  • Query By PO. Shows all cartons for the Customer PO # entered or selected in the Search Field.
  • Master Shipper. Shows all cartons for the Master Shipped entered or selected in the Search Field.
  • Show All. Shows all cartons.
• Show all Cartons for Master Shipper. If this is checked, Cartons meeting the search criteria will be dispalyed allong with all other cartons on the same Master Shipper.
• Update Master Shipper. All highlighted cartons will have their master shipper changed to the value in this field when the Update Mst Ship Button is clicked.
• Update Pallet. All highlighted cartons will have their pallet changed to the value in this field when the Update Mst Ship Button is clicked.

Buttons

• Refresh.
  • Refreshes the list based on the Search Criteria entered.
• Print Carton.
  • Prints the Carton Label.
• View Details.
  • This button opens the Carton Detail screen where it displays the Carton Contents information.
• Update Mst Ship.
  • Updates the Master Shipper for all highlighted Cartons to the value in the Update Master Shipper Field.
• Update Pallet.
  • Updates the Pallet for all highlighted Cartons to the value in the Pallet Field.
