SALES ORDERS – SHIP ORDERS – CREATE ORDER BOL - OPEN BOL
Overview
- This screen allows you to open and manage saved BOLs. This screen can be accessed by clicking the Open button under the Create Order BOL screen.
Query Fields
- Account
- Date Filter
- End Date
- List by Consolidated BOL Check Box
- If this box is checked, it will change the BOL List Column to a Consolidated BOL List Column, creating the Cons BOL # field as the primary field.
- Include Shipped BOLs Check Box
- If this box is checked, it will show both Unshipped and Shipped BOL.

- This shows the Consolidated BOL # where the Master BOL belongs to.

Buttons
- Consolidated BOL Section
- Add Selected BOLs…
- This button opens up the Select Consolidaed BOL screen where you can add the highlighted Master BOL to a Consolidated BOL.
- Details and Print
- Remove Selected BOLs
- This button would remove the highlighted Master BOL from a Consolidated BOL
- Ship Consolidated BOL
- This would ship the Consolidated BOL updating the status of all the Master BOL under it to shipped.
- Export
- Refresh
- Select BOL
- This button would open up the highlighted BOL and shows it back to the Create Order BOL screen.
