Overview

This screen is accessed by clicking the More Button available on several of the Sales Orders Tabs.  This screen allows updating of fields associated with the Order.

Fields

• End Customer Code
  • This is the end_customer_code that the order is shipping to. The Drop down is populated from the Setup End customer Codes screen.
• Ship Label Image File
  • This is the path to the Label Image to be printed on the Pick Sheet Ship Label including the full path from the manifest system.
• Shipment Account
  • Account # to bill shipping to.
  • This is sent to the Shipping Interface for the order.
• Shipment Bill Option
  • Billing Option which determines who the billing is to.
  • This is usually Prepaid, 3Rd Party, or COD for example.
  • This is sent to the Shipping Interface for the order.
• Shipment Service
  • Service Level under which to ship the order.
  • This, for example, could be Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.
  • It generally has to be a specific service level for the carrier (ie USPS, UPS, Fedex) being used.
  • This is sent to the Shipping Interface for the order.
• Shipment PKG Type
  • Generally set to P.
  • This is required by UPS.
  • This is sent to the Shipping Interface for the order.
• Shipment #.
  • This field is sent back to Coreflex when using the Magento Interace to create a shipment transaction. The Name of this field may be changed using the System Setting: Orders: Shipment # Field Name.
• Staging Location:
  • Location where the order is being staged for shipment. This is used for later reference when creating the Bill of Lading.
• Tacking Conf irm #.
  • This field is sent back to Coreflex when using the Magento Interface to add a tracking # to a Shipment. The Name of this field may be changed using the System Setting: Order: Tracking Confirmation Field Name.

Buttons

• OK
  • Saves the changes made and closes the screen.
• Cancel
  • Closes the screen without making any changes.

System Settings

• The Fields names for UserField1 – UserField15 can be changed using System Settings Orders: User Defined Field 1 Name – User Defined Field 15 Name.
