IMPORT - APPLY PRODUCTS SCREEN

Overview

• This screen is used to apply the products imported using the Import Products screen. It is reached by selecting Products Apply from the Import Menu.

To update existing products :

(1) Import the product file

(2) On the apply screen select Show All on the top drop-down.

(3) Click and sort by the Error Column. All of the currently Inactive products will sort together with an Error of Yes-INACTIVE.

(4) Highlight all of the YES-INACTIVE Products and click the Apply As Inactive Button. This updates all of the Inactive products.

(5) Click and sort by the Error Column again.

(6) Highlight all of the Products with an Error of NO and click the Apply Button. This updates all of the Active Products.

There are different RESULTS when updating products:

· When products are imported that are not in Coreflex (neither active nor inactive status):

Clicking Apply will insert the product as an active product.

Clicking Apply As Inactive insert the product as an in-active product

· When products are imported that are already in Coreflex as InActive:

The product will show an Error: YES-INACTIVE

Clicking Apply will do nothing.

Clicking Apply As Inactive cause the Inactive product to be removed and then re-inserted as a Product with Inactive status.

· When products are imported that are already in Coreflex as Active:

Clicking Apply will update the current active product with the information in the import product table.

Clicking Apply As Inactive will do nothing.
