Overview:

The RF Cart Marry function is used to assign allocated sales orders to a slot in a Picking Cart. Picking Carts are configured on the Setup Picking Carts Screen. After marrying orders to a Cart, the orders will be picked using the RF Order Pick to Cart Function.

• The Picking Carts must be setup on the Setup Picking Carts Screen. This allows the number of Slots on the cart to be specified and also allows scan codes to be assigned to the Cart Slots.
• Sales Order must be allocated in order to Add them to the Cart.

High Level Flow

• NOTE: As with most RF Function, pressing Enter without entering an Data will always make the Previous Screen appear.
• An Order is Allocated using the desktop application.
• On the RF Terminal, Logon and select Picking from the Main Menu.
• Select Marry Orders to Cart from the Picking Menu and the Marry Orders to Cart screen will appear:

• To marry an order to a Cart, Enter or scan the slot on the Picking Cart to which orders will be married. The Scan Order screen will appear.

• This screen shows the Cart #, Slots Used (meaning clots with orders already assigned), Open Slots, the Slot # scanned, and the Last Order # that was Scanned. Scan the order barcode to assign to the Cart Slot. The Marry Order to Cart screen will appear again:

• This time the screen displays the Slot # and the Order # that was assigned to it. Continue assigning orders to the cart by repeating the above steps. Press enter to back out of the function when all marriages are complete.
