RF RECEIVE PO WITH SUB-PO

Overview

• This function allows you to receive POs by SUB-PO entered or imported into Coreflex using the desktop application. POs must be in a status of Awaiting Receipt.
• *NOTE: As with most RF Function, pressing Enter without entering Data will make the Previous Screen appear.

• The screen below displays when you go to Receiving – Receive PO function in the RF screen.

• Scan the SUB-PO and the next prompt to scan or input would be the Location.

• Input or scan the Location and it will ask for the Product/Item.

• Scan or input the Product Scan code/UPC, the next prompt would be the Qty.

• Input the Qty of the product you placed in a pallet. After inputting the Qty and pressing enter, it will print a Pallet Label containing the Sub-PO, Style, Color, Size, Qty and Bar code.
• This will continue to prompt for Qty until all for such product has been received for the PO. Once done, press enter for the next product to be scanned.

• Scan the next product and continue to input the Qty and print pallet labels. Once all products have been received, press enter a few times to go back to the previous screen until it shows the summary of the receipt and ask for you to which status the PO should be set to.
• Pending (Close) means the PO is ready to be completed because there are no more items to receive.
• Not Pending Close means the PO status will remain awaiting receipt and the scanners – receiving clerks are expecting for more items to receive.
