How to Replenish Picking Bins for a Specific Wave of Orders

1. If there are orders Awaiting Allocation that you do not want to include in the next order wave and do not want to replenish forward picking for them, set their status to Pre-Allocation as follows:

1. Select Sales Orders from the Search Menu. The Search Orders screen will open.

2. Select the Awaiting Allocation in the Status drop down, and select desired Account or All and click Refresh.

3. Highlight the orders to exclude and click Pre Alloc Hold button.  The orders will have their status set to Pre Allocation.

4. When it is desired to allocate the orders in Pre-Allocation status, query the orders with a status of Pre Allocation, highlight the orders to allocate, and click Pre Alloc Release.

2. Run the Coreflex Report - Each Pick Replenishment

1. The report will indicate what locations need to be replenished.

2. Move the inventory and enter the moves on the Move Inventory screen.
