Customer To Do List

 

Each of the high level tasks require customers to complete specific items before they can be completed. Following is a listing of the most important items to do:.

E-mails:

Ensure you can receive e-mails from: customerservice@coreflexoffice.com , customersupport@coreflexoffice.com and accounting@coreflexoffice.com

 

Customer Service will send a welcome e-mail to you containing appointment times.

 

If you do not receive an e-mail, check your e-mail spam or e-mail junk folder and allow the e-mails to get through to you.

Appointments:

Confirm appointments via reply e-mail.

 

All appointments will be made by Customer Service via e-mail. These appointments are tentative until you confirm them.

 

Appointments that are not confirmed will be rescheduled.

Using the Coreflex New Customer Worksheet :

Complete the New Customer Worksheet and e-mail it to Coreflex Customer Service.

Provide the name of your project manger.

Provide each Computer Name that will running Coreflex. Indicate which is to be used as:

Database Server * (it will be running Microsoft SQL Server)

Application Server * (it will have the Coreflex applications installed on it)

Workstations (they will have icons on it that run Coreflex from the Application Server)

 

Note *

The database server and the application server can run on the same computer.

Include the operating system of each PC. Specifically if it is 32 bit or 63 bit.

 

To locate the Computer Name, left click on the windows Start button and right click on My Computer.  Then left click on properties and left click click on the Computer name tab. You may send a screen shot of this to us if it is easier for you.

Provide user id with administrator privileges to be used during the install.

During the install, we will need Administrator Access to the PCs being installed.  This means that we need a windows user id that has administrator privileges so we can install the software.  It will be performed remotely.  We will connect to your system like you connected to our system during the demonstrations.

 

Business Integration Analysis (BIA) - Customer To Do List: (back to top) next

 

Using the Coreflex New Customer Worksheet that was started during the Installation task:

Complete the sections that were not completed during the Installation Task above and e-mail it to Coreflex Customer Service.

 

Identify any time critical business needs.

Supply existing printed document examples so account specific data needs can be identified. Fax them to 201 808 2700.  

Select a target live date.

This date must be mutually agreed to with Coreflex by e-mail.

 

It will be confined after completion of the Business Integration Analysis based on tasks to be completed and resources available.

Assemble staff for the BIA review appointment.

The individuals in your organization that make the decisioins for receiving, shipping and financial operations relative to Coreflex should attand the review.

Review the new operational procedures created

Review the new procedures for accuracy and omissions.

 

E-mail Customer Support with any corrections or issues.

 

Site Configuration and Profile Setup - Customer To Do List: (back to top) next

 

Provide a test environment for any interfaces to Coreflex from accounting or other systems.

 

Accounting:

 

If you are interfacing to a financial system such as Quick Books. Create a test company file to be used during Startup.

Backup your company file.

Restore it to a different company name such as "ABC company Test"

Change any user passwords so it will easy to ensure the correct database is being connected to during testing.

Orders:

 

If you are interfacing to a system to import or export orders, ensure you have a test database for Coreflex to connect to during testing.

 

Shipping Systems:

 

If you are interfacing to a system system such as UPS or Federal Express, ensure you have a test database for Coreflex to connect to during testing.

Select the one main person that will be trained on the system. This will be the "go to" person internally for initial questions when your staff is using Coreflex. 

 

Work with the system. Between each training session, run test receipts, shipments and bills and record any questions or issues you have. E-mail these issues to customerservice@coreflexoffice.com in preparation for your next training session.

Prepare the data to be loaded based on the method selected by you during the Business Integration. (file load, manual entry, automated interface.)

Parallel and Testing - Customer To Do List: (back to top) next

 

Run test receipts, shipments and billings.

 

Compare the results for accuracy to the current system being used in production.

 

Compile a list of issues and e-mail it to customerservice@coreflexoffice.com

Run the system per the operational procedures.

 

Immediately notify Coreflex of any issues.
