Allocation Example – By Lot #

Note: Feature Lot Tracking is required for this.

To Allocate Inventory using the Lot #, you must setup the product as follows:

You may also use Pick by Lot DESC.

These settings will make the system sort the available inventory for the product by Lot alphabetically from either the Lowest to Highest Lot (ASC) or the Highest to Lowest (DESC).

If you need to update multiple products, use the Setup Multiple screen to highlight the products to update and click the Update Multiple Button. Set the screen as follows:

Enter a 4 for Lot Number ASC or a 5 for Lot Number DESC.

Click the OK button and all the highlighted products will be updated.
