SHIPPING - POD ONLY - HIGH LEVEL INSTRUCTIONS

POD ONLY Shipping is for accounts where you are not keeping the inventory in Coreflex but require a Bill of Lading for use as Proof of Delivery.

Setup

• Add Account
  • Use the Setup Accounts screen to add the Account. Check the POD Only checkbox and fill out the following fields:
    • Account #
    • Account Name
• Setup BOL Print Format
  • Use the Account Preference screen. Set the Bill of Lading Print Form to BOL_VICS.

Shipping Flow

• Create BOL
  • Click New on the Create Order BOL Screen. A new BOL will appear on the screen.
• Update the BOL
  • Click the Details button to open the BOL Details screen.
  • Fill in the information as required by the BOL.
• Print the BOL
  • Exit the BOL Details screen. Click the Edit button and use the Edit BOL Header screen to print the BOL.
• Ship the BOL
  • Exit the Edit BOL Header screen. Click the Ship Button to ship the BOL.
